Meet Your Instructor

Gladys Sanda, Au.D

Gladys is a clinical audiologist based in London, with over 10 years of experience. She specialises in the management of people with tinnitus and hyperacusis, helping them find relief and improve their quality of life. She completed her Doctorate degree, with a focus on tinnitus, and has since gained valuable expertise and the opportunity to positively impact numerous lives - her reviews speak for themselves!

Having worked in prestigious clinics on Harley Street and currently serving as a Clinical Director for a private audiology company overseeing 18 practices in the United Kingdom, she has trained numerous employees and colleagues within Audiology.

She identified a gap in care for tinnitus patients due to a shortage of trained specialists and has made it her current passion to bridge this gap. In 2024, she created The Tinnitus Mastery Programme.

"It was one of the best workshops I have done for a long time, I was kept fully engaged throughout the day. I've learnt loads and wouldn't change anything. What I liked best about the workshop was Gladys' passion and knowledge on the subject."

Kate Heath

Ear, Nose and Throat Nurse Practitioner

The Ear Health Clinic

"It has been good to understand the difference between bothersome tinnitus, to be able to know when to refer and when different types of therapy can help. I am asking more questions and it has given me the confidence to provide answers."

Alicia Emmanus-Wadi

Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser

The Hearing Hub

"For a long time I had been looking for a way to help people with tinnitus as an audiologist. The information out there is fragmented and in my view other tinnitus courses appear to be structured in a way that there is long term dependence on the facilitator. This course was different - Gladys went straight to the heart of the matter, and delivered a carefully thought out workshop that made me confident to offer advice to tinnitus patients the very next day. She was very open with group and had relevant case studies that were relatable. I'll highly recommend the course if you're looking to help people with tinnitus straightaway!"
